Our Therapists
Jared, LMT
Jared has been a licensed massage therapist since August 2023, but his experience with the body goes far beyond that. With an education from The American Institute of Alternative Medicine and a decade-long background in ballet, he understands firsthand what causes soreness and tightness—and, more importantly, how to relieve it. His approach blends deep tissue, trigger point therapy, and various stretching techniques to provide thorough, effective work that targets multiple muscle groups.
For athletes, those dealing with chronic pain, or anyone in tune with their body, Jared is dedicated to helping people move and feel better. Outside of massage, he’s a lifelong learner, self-proclaimed nerd, and creative spirit. Whether it’s music, live-streaming, voice acting, or video and tabletop games, he’s always exploring new passions
