Licensed Massage Therapist

The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness(Dublin, Ohio) is seeking a Massage Therapist. We have upped our starting salary and have created a wage increase initiative for all participating LMTs. We even offer paid time off to our Massage Therapists! YES! PAID TIME OFF!!

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Massage Therapy License in Ohio with liability insurance

  • Professionalism

  • Possess exceptional communication skills and patient rapport

  • Must be able to perform consecutive 30, 60 or 90 minute massage therapy and deep tissue/trigger point massage therapy based on Doctor and patient needs

Associate Doctor of Chiropractic

The Winchester Institute of Chiropractic Health and Wellness is seeking a personable associate Doctor that has a passion for providing their patients with personalized Chiropractic care and enthusiasm for helping the Dublin, Ohio community by teaching and educating others on the importance of prevention and Chiropractic care.

No cap to salary! Our Doctors’ compensation is significantly above the national average on Associate DC pay. Compensation percentage increases with Doctor’s collection total. No cap to compensation. No limit to paid time off. Eligible for 401(k) American Funds Retirement Vehicle with up to a 4% Employer Match and a 5-7% Profit Sharing Pension Plan.

Our Doctors receive a 9-11% bonus annually!

Our next Doctor should:

Our facility is perfectly designed and decorated. We are a free-standing 8,000 square foot building directly in the center of a professional office park. Our clinic is complete with its own rehabilitation, massage, and marketing departments.

Exercise Physiologist/Team Manager

Summary of Position:

The Winchester Institute Rehabilitation Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of rehabilitation programs for patients and athletes recovering from injury, working on prevention, or managing chronic conditions. This role requires strong leadership in coordinating a multidisciplinary team of Rehabilitation Specialists, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. 

The manager will ensure that individualized treatment plans are designed to restore function, improve mobility, and enhance overall physical health. Additionally, the position includes responsibilities for team training, setting and adjusting employee schedules, managing resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will work directly under the highest level management for The Winchester Institute in order to collaboratively oversee the business’s goals and development. The candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of rehabilitation principles, a commitment to patient care, and a passion for driving team performance in a fast-paced clinical or athletic setting. 

Salary Range: $52,000-70,720

Requirements of Position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field

  • Accreditation by a personal training certification or clinical exercise certification process (i.e., ACSM or NSCA)

  • Advanced knowledge of the following:

    • Anatomy and Physiology

    • Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) Stretching

    • Myofascial Release (MFR) – Foam Roll

    • Stretching/Partner Stretching

    • Muscle Activation

    • Functional Movement

    • Neuromusculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and terminology

    • Gonstead Chiropractic methodology and technique

  • Expert in operating ChiroTouch software required for charting and billing purposes

  • Comfort providing direct care to patients of various age groups

  • Expert knowledge of all policies and procedures pertaining to the Rehabilitation Department

  • Expert knowledge of all equipment used in the Rehabilitation Department

  • Possess exceptional communication and motivational skills to effectively guide patients in understanding and completing a proper course of active rehabilitation

  • CPR Certification – preferred for all staff
