WellBean Holistic Health Coaching

WellBean is dedicated to helping individuals find health and well-being through conscious habits, empowered change, sustainable, holistic practices, and a community of positive accountability.

The WellBean Coaching programs are focused on intentionally setting daily habits that lead to sustainable lifelong change. With exclusive one-on-one coaching, individuals will be held accountable, motivated, and supported throughout the duration of each program by following the WellBean Values.

WellBean Holistic Health Coaching Programming

  • The WellBean Signature Coaching Program is a holistic approach to building healthy habits that are sustainable and joyful for individuals and couples. This 6-month coaching experience is focused on motivating you to be well through the creation of intentional daily habits that build well-being. My goal is for you to discover routines and habits that work for you - long term.

    We will focus on individualized habits and actions to help you to:

    -Move intentionally

    -Choose nourishing foods

    -Rest easy

    -De-stress

    -Be mindful

    Program includes wellness vision, goal setting, journaling, resources, progress tracking, daily actions and weekly check-ins.

  • Nourishing Foods

    We will focus on habits and actions to help you to:

    -Choose nourishing foods more often

    -Make time in your schedule to plan and prepare healthy meals

    -Understand which foods work best for YOU and YOUR family

    Program includes wellness vision, goal setting, food journaling, resources, progress tracking, daily actions and weekly check-ins.

    Move More

    We will focus on habits and actions to help you to:

    -Move more often

    -Plan, schedule and complete workouts

    -Understand what workouts are best for YOU

    Program includes wellness vision, goal setting, workout programming, resources, progress tracking, daily actions and weekly check-ins.

    Less Stress

    We will focus on habits and actions to help you to:

    -Slow down

    -Prioritize daily responsibilities

    -Understand what self care techniques are best for YOU

    Program includes wellness vision, goal setting, journaling, resources, progress tracking, daily actions and weekly check-ins.

  • We will gather as a community to explore a topic related to well-being.

    We will kick off our time together in-person at TWI followed by virtual group sessions.

    Each week, you will walk away with tips, resources and an action plan for trying new daily habits.

    You will be supported by a group of people working on the same things.

    We will all learn from one another and celebrate our changes as a group.

    Group coaching topics will change. Be on the lookout for a topic that interests you!

 

WellBean Mini Sessions

Jackie is ready to help you create your unique wellness visions and take daily actionable steps to make them a reality. Mini sessions are 1 hour and include crafting 1 tangible goal as well as a follow up email from Jackie to check-in on your progress. Members can take advantage of these Mini Sessions at a discounted rate!

  • Does your movement energize you and bring you joy? Do you listen to your body and give it what it needs throughout the day? Learn how to maximize your movement by examining your movement/exercise routines and habits.

  • Does your food nourish and energize you all day? Do you feel good about the foods you choose? Meet with Jackie to explore your mindsets and habits surrounding food and learn how to choose foods that make you feel your best.
