Walk with a Coach

Location: Glacier Ridge Metro Park

Sunday, December 17th at 10:30 am

On one Sunday every month, we will host a walk in a local metro park with our Health and Wellness Coach, Jackie Bean! Start your Sunday off right by learning all things health and wellness. Session will include guided stretching, a group walk, and fun conversation!

Meeting place:

Each participant will receive a t-shirt! All ages are welcome.

Sign-up fee is $12. A portion of the funds will go to a local non-profit.
