Our Exercise Physiologists


Becca

Becca graduated in 2021 with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition from Arizona State University. She also holds a personal training certification through the American College of Sports Medicine. Starting as an athlete from a young age, Becca has a passion for all aspects of health and fitness. She started working with the Winchester Institute in 2023 and looks forward to working as a part of our Rehab Team to help educate patients on our wellness model of healthcare. Outside of working with patients, Becca can be found swimming, rock climbing, or taking care of one of her many, many house plants. 


Cortland

Cortland graduated from Penn State University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Since then, he has worked across athletic performance, pre/post-rehab, and general fitness, gaining experience with a variety of clients and organizations. He also spent time coaching collegiate strength and conditioning at both the Division I and Division II levels. With a passion for learning and helping others feel and perform their best, he brings a well-rounded approach to movement and recovery.

Outside of work, Cortland enjoys lifting weights, traveling, watching sports, and spending time with friends, family, and his dogs. He’s also looking forward to welcoming his first child this year!


Mitchell

Mitchell graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA in 2024 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He also holds a Corrective Exercise Specialist certificate through the National ASM. Mitchell began working with The Winchester Institute in July of 2024. He is passionate about health as it relates to longevity. As such, Mitchell hopes to serve people by encouraging movement as a means of injury rehabilitation, prevention, and personal welfare. His hobbies include spending time with his fiancé, playing and watching sports, and being near bodies of water.


Molly

Molly graduated from Saginaw Valley State University, in Michigan, in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science focused in Rehab and Wellness. She moved to Columbus in 2019. Molly began working at The Winchester Institute in August of 2020. Her passion is to use corrective exercise and stretch to develop the body's structural function for improving daily living. Her hobbies include camping, yoga/pilates, taking walks with her dogs, and kayaking. 


Phil

Phil graduated with an associate’s degree in Exercise Science from Columbus State Community College in 2014 and is currently pursuing a Physical Therapy Assistant degree at Clark State, with a graduation date set for 2027. As a Rehabilitation Specialist at The Winchester Institute, Phil is passionate about helping patients recover from acute and chronic injuries through movement-based therapies. He also emphasizes the importance of educating patients to maintain long-term health. In his free time, Phil enjoys weightlifting, watching movies, and spending time with his son, girlfriend, and three dogs.


Zach

Zach graduated from Otterbein University with a bachelor’s degree in sport management and a minor in exercise science, where he also played baseball. His experience as a student-athlete fueled his passion for movement and performance, leading him to earn his ACSM certification as a personal trainer. He believes in exercise as medicine and is dedicated to helping others improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being.

Outside of work, Zach stays active with weightlifting, golfing, biking, basketball, and pickleball. He also enjoys watching sports, going for walks, and reading to expand his knowledge in health and fitness.
